Being born into a racing family, my love for the sport was established before I came around. However, it was not only racing that my father Danny passed down to me. As a kid he hand-lettered cars and signs. Growing up, I got to spend much of my time around him and his racing, which included some dabbling with graphics. But I took the racing route first and collected a lot of success between micro sprint and midget racing throughout my teens and into my 20’s. From our National Championship in 2012, to the Chili Bowl main event start, and the countless special event victories, I was lucky enough to obtain a good amount of success across the country. However, as I pursue a career and look to further my life, my graphic and design work with AFD is now at center stage. I designed my own race cars for several years, but around late 2015, I began Andrew Felker Designs with a goal of expanding and becoming a true graphic designer. Now, with a passion burning brighter than ever, I am continuing to extend out into graphics and designs of all kinds. Throughout this year and into the future I am working on guiding AFD into the future, whether it be with my familiar work in racing or any new adventures such as logo design, artwork and hero cards, or any design work you could dream of.
